What To Expect

Rodney Bay

A food tour is like a tune, it has some rocking moments and some sweet piano notes – but all taste delicious!

The food offered on our guided walks is diverse food – traditional Saint Lucian food, and authentic food from around the world from people who now call Saint Lucia home.

We start off with a traditional Saint Lucian breakfast at a local spot, and work our way to the next stop. Next, we will explore art from local artisans, while sipping on some seasonal local beverages. Along the way to our next stop, we'll learn about Saint Lucian history, and also some fun facts.

We may meet some goats along the way to our next stop where we will enjoy fresh coconuts, local rums and try Saint Lucian ground provisions, stews, and many more fun bites.

Many of our guests come hungry - but ALL leave happy!
