Morne Fortune
See the Government House which is one of the most important pieces of historical architecture in St.Lucia. You will also get to see the old military baracks and GunPowder Magazine. The name Morne Fortune translates to Hill of Good Luck in French, which must’ve been a sarcastic twist as this was the site of brutal battles between French and British forces.

Marigot Bay
Just under four miles south of Castries lies a place that has been called “the most beautiful in the Caribbean” by none other than James Michener, who wrote a sweeping chronicle of the islands in 1989. Marigot Bay is a hurricane hole, sheltered in the worst of weather by the steep hillsides that surround its small, deep harbour.

Also featured in the 1967 movie Dr. Doolittle, starring Rex Harrison and a large pink snail!

Reviews

Great tour and the best lunch on the island.
Squidbasil, 04-08-2022
Danny Boy was an excellent tour guide. He picked our family up on time from our hotel. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable about St. Lucia. The local place we stopped for lunch was some of the best food we ate on the island. A huge plate of nicely spiced tender chicken with rice and local veggies. My 11 and 14 year old devoured their plates. If I knew the name of that restaurant I would give them a 5 star review as well. I was very happy we went with a private tour from him instead of the packed bus tours that we saw when we exiting the volcano and hot springs. Thank you so much and Good Vibes!
Great family excursion for the day!

Great experience. Danny Boy is super friendly, engaged, accommodating and full of knowledge about the whole island. Takes his time stopping at all the important spots, great lunch spot, mud bath and water all. Highly recommend!
Great time will be had

First off, just book this! It’s a great way to see and learn a lot about the history of the island but, mostly, it’s Dannyboy that makes it so fun! The mud baths, the waterfall, the talks, the ride, the lunch (which Dannyboy recommended for an authentic local food experience) were phenomenal!!! I’ve told several people about it that I’ve met and it was our favorite day here on the island! See you next time, our now, friend! Thanks for showing us around and taking pictures!!
THE BEST EXCURSION HERE!
Desiree_M, 15-09-2022
This was the best excursion we did while we have been here. DannyBoy was so much fun and made the entire trip worthwhile. He took pictures for us at every stop and made sure we loved them all. The mud bath was our favorite part and he helped us out and stayed with us the whole time just in case we needed help or pointers. We came to St Lucia not knowing a lot about the island and with all the information DannyBoy gave us we feel more like locals. We would give him 10 stars if we could. You would not be disappointed with this tour.
