Anse Chastanet is a peaceful hideaway resort in one of the most scenic settings St.Lucia and perhaps even the Caribbean can offer.
Nestled amidts a 600 acre tropical estate with two soft sand beaches, Anse Chastanet's unique hillside-beach settin has been carefully designed by the architect owner to blend harmoniously with the surrounding nature.

Culinary Delights
At Anse Chastanet's Piti Piton and Treehouse Restaurant, we have created and celebrate award winning Tropical World Cuisine, blending Caribbean cuisine with other world cuisine experiences, from French to Mediterranean and from Fusion to New World cuisine. Anse Chastanet is very actively involved with the island's local farmers to assist them in understanding which produce is essential to our culinary style. Together with Anse Chastanet's horticultural team, we have recently been further expanding Anse Chastanet's own gardens, cultivating fresh herbs and fresh fruits which are grown amidst the historical ruins of the Anse Mamin plantation, part of Anse Chastanet's 600 acre estate. The dinner menu changes daily and consists of a 4 course meal served in a romantic candlelit ambiance, surrounded by beautiful original artwork. Part of the Piton Restaurant is the Treehouse, where diners are seated in an open-air area amidst treetops as the name suggests. Dinner is served daily with the exception of Tuesdays.
Anse Chastanet menus always include vegetarian options and our culinary team is also happy to meet dietary requirements at any time. There are 2 restaurants and bars at Anse Chastanet.
The Trou au Diable Restaurant serves lunch daily. The lunch menu offers a wide and varied choice of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers and creole specialities from an เ la carte menu, in addition to a large buffet spread with hot and cold dishes.
On Tuesday evenings, all guests enjoy our special Caribbean Buffet which commences with a cocktail reception followed by dinner in the Trou au Diable beach restaurant . The atmosphere is festive with the entire stretch of beach in front of the restaurant lit up by flambeau candles
Kai Belte Spa
Located at beach level, the Kai Belt้ Spa was designed by architect owner Nick Troubetzkoy in the same airy and "in harmony with nature" style his resort guest rooms are renowned for, yet affording complete privacy.
Professionally trained terapists offer a wide range of treatments, including Swedish massage, aromatherapy, and reflexology. Newly added services include shiatsu and Anse Chastanet's own version of La Stone therapy, called Wosh Cho, patois for hot stone. Hair treatments include a tantalizing scalp and neck massage, based on Indian massage principles and reflexology. Also available are Ayurvedic treatments.

Anse Chastanet offers 49 individually designed rooms, 37 of which are scattered about a lush hillside, and 12 which are nestled within a tropical garden at beach level.
Standard & Superior Rooms
Superior rooms are located on the hillside and are octagonal or rectangular in shape, with 2 twin beds or one king size bed, with ocean and/or Piton view. Standard rooms are slightly smaller than Superior rooms with twin, queen or king size bedding, with garden or partial ocean view.
When booking Standard category, you could be located on either hillside or beachside - the category is based on "run of house" principle which may lead to a complimentary upgrade to Superior or Beachside Deluxe location, at the Resort's discretion. Both Standard and Superior rooms have either clay or tropical hardwood floors, either glass or wooden jalousie louvre windows, ceiling fans and balconies, ensuite bathrooms with shower and toilet.
Deluxe Beachside Rooms
All beachside rooms are Deluxe category rooms. Beachside Deluxe rooms are very spacious rooms with either 2 doubles or 1 king size bed, ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks, shower and toilet. They have clay tiles, wooden jalousie louvre windows, ceiling fans and large balconies or patios. All beachside rooms offer a tropical garden view, just a few steps from the water's edge.
Deluxe Hillside Rooms
Hillside Deluxe rooms are extremly spacious and individually designed, some in a very open-air style with the fourth wall missing and some with dramatic open roof dormers. Some rooms have a formal separation between bedroom and living room, others are wide open spaces flowing into each other. Clay floor tiles or tropical hardwood floor, king size bed, wooden jalousie louvres, ceiling fans, balconies, and very large ensuite bathrooms with 2 sinks, shower and WC, Piton and/or ocean view.
Premium Rooms
Premium rooms are Anse Chastanet's rooms numbered 7, which offer picture postcard perfect views of the Piton mountains and the surrounding sea by virtue of their very elevated and strategic location. Some Premium rooms have fourth wall missing. All Premium hillside rooms have ceiling fans, clay floor tiles or tropical hardwood floors, wooden jalousie louvres, large ensuite bathrooms.

Rates include
All rates shown are per room/suite and includes all taxes.
Rates are accomodation only, no meals are included.
For Christmas & New Year bookings (between the 20th December and the 3rd January), the rates include mandatory Modified American Plan (breakfast and dinner).
Christmas Policy
-There is a minimum stay of 7 days required for all arrival dates between the 24th and the 31st December.

Optional Meal Supplements
-Modified American Plan (breakfast and dinner) is available at a rate of USD 75.00 + 18% taxes per person per day.
-Full American Plan (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is available at a rate of USD 105.00 + 18% taxes per person per day.
-All Inclusive is available at a rate of USD 145.00 + 18% taxes per person per day.
-The all inclusive supplement entitles to lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and wine served by the glass, beer, other alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages (vintage liqueurs / champagne not included).

Surcharges may apply for certain menu items. Specialy restaurant Apsara will offer dinner credit towards meal plan.
Payment Requirements
For your convenience, Internet Hotel Rental Group offers secure online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.
For all reservations
-At the moment of confirmation, the full amount will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
-For cancellations received 22 days or more prior to arrival, an 18% cancellation fee will apply.
-For cancellations received between 21 and 5 days prior to arrival, an additional 3 nights penalty fee will apply.
-For cancellations received less than 4 days prior to arrival, the full amount will apply as a penalty fee.
-No shows will result on the full amount being charged as a cancellation fee.
-No refunds for early departure.
Children Policy
-No children under the age of 10 can be accomodated.
-Daily charge for children aged between 10 and 15 is the following:
Each child will cost USD 50.00 + 18% taxes per day.
-Children aged 15 and over are considered adults.
Optional Children Meal Supplements
-Modified American Plan (breakfast and dinner) is available at a rate of USD 40.00 + 18% taxes per person per day.
-Full American Plan (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is available at a rate of USD 55.00 + 18% taxes per person per day.
-All Inclusive is available at a rate of USD 145.00 + 75% taxes per person per day.
Liability
Internet Hotel Rental Group acts as intermediary between all hotels, transport operators, tourist attraction companies, and local tourist offices providing the services. Internet Hotel Rental Group is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists; including those occurring outside of the touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, acts of God or political actions / unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programs and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of being posted on the site. They are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour / stay / excursion / car rental. A submitted reservation request is indicative of the tourist agreement to the above conditions.

Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.
Special offers and Value Added Extras
All special offers, packages and discounts over our standard rates are offered subject to availability. hotel-savings.com cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that these are temporarily unavailable.
Credit Card
In order to secure a room, it is mandatory to have a credit card.
General Conditions and liability
All reservations made by clients are subject to our terms and conditions. No other terms, conditions and warranties, expressed or implied by law, custom and course of dealing shall form part of any contract between hotel-savings.com and our clients except for those terms imposed by law where application is mandatory.
The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
