| Windjammer Landing is unique and unlike any other Caribbean resort. It was conceived, designed and built as a village. Brick paths meander through more than 60 acres of lush landscaping, scented gardens, sparkling pools and waterfalls, covered walkways, pickled wood, and hand-painted tiles. Our residents come from all over the world, creating a village community of international vacationers and property owners. Patterned after the picturesque villages of the Mediterranean, Windjammer Landing villas are uniquely designed and secluded from neighbors by magnificent trees and flowering bushes. Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort's Children's Program is renowned in the Caribbean. Our Jacquot Fun Club, named after the island bird, represents color, artistic flair and a safe, secure haven for our young guests. With supervised activities (ages 4-12) and fun Island games, our knowledgeable and qualified staff will keep your little ones busy all day long. Our village restaurants have taken the time to prepare delicious children's menus and ice-cream treats for a cool afternoon snack. For parents needing a quiet break, our babysitting and nanny services are also available.

Each Villa is furnished in tropical elegance, from ebony and ivory collections to casual and sunny interiors, each villa features a fully equipped kitchen, open living and dining areas with breathtaking ocean views, and spacious bedrooms.
Ocean View Room
Room with one queen or two twin beds, air conditioning and ceiling fan, mini fridge, coffee maker, cable television, telephone, shower or bath, safe, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, CD player and shaver point. Room opens on to a generous private terrace with a partial or full ocean view and will accommodate 2 adults and 1 infant under the age of four, using a crib. (800 sq. ft.)

1-bedroom villa with one queen or king size bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan, bath tub/shower, safe, hair dryer, CD player and shaving point. Fully furnished living room with cable television and ceiling fan, iron & ironing board, fully equipped kitchen and sun deck with an ocean view. Villa will accommodate 3 adults, with the third adult on a roll away bed in the living room or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years, sleeping on a pull out couch or roll away bed in the living room. One Bedroom Villa & Pool
1-bedroom villa with one queen or king size bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan, bath tub/shower, safe, hair dryer, CD player and shaving point. Adjacent fully furnished living room, with cable television and ceiling fan, iron and ironing board, fully equipped kitchen, private plunge pool and sun deck with an ocean view. Villa will accommodate 2 adults. There is no possibility of the person sleeping in the living room, due to the open-air concept and being fan cooled only. (1,200 sq. ft.)

-Platinum all inclusive includes the following: accommodations; all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner); all beverages (name-brand liquors and liqueurs, house wine and cocktails by the glass, imported beer, bottled water, tropical coolers and soft drinks); motorized watersports, waterskiing, windsurfing, sunfish sailing, snorkeling, kayaking, hobie catamarans; day and night light tennis; freshwater swimming pools; all tips, taxes and service charges. Payment Requirements
For your convenience, Internet Hotel Rental Group offers secure online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.
For all reservations
-At the moment of confirmation, the full amount will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
-For cancellations received 15 days or more prior to arrival, an 18% cancellation fee will apply.
-For cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival, an additional three night penalty fee will apply.
Important Note: This cancellation is not applicable for bookings over Christmas & New Year or for bookings that include Presidents Day, for these bookings, a 32 days notice must be given, otherwise the full amount will apply as a penalty fee.
-No shows will result on the full amount being charged as a cancellation fee.
-No refunds for early departure.
Children Policy
For Stays in Room Only
-Children aged 11 years and under can stay for free when sharing a room with one or more adults. A maximum of 2 adults can stay for free.
-Children aged 12 and over are considered adults.
Children Optional Meal Supplements
-Breakfast will come at a rate of USD 15.00 per child per day.
-Modified American Plan (half board) will come at a rate of USD 45.00 per child per day.
For Stays in All Inclusive
-Children aged 3 and under can stay for free.
-Children aged between 4 and 11 will pay the child all inclusive supplement.
-Teens aged between 12 and 16 will pay the child all inclusive supplement.
-Children aged 17 and over are considered adults.
All Inclusive Supplement
-The child all inclusive supplement is USD 77.00 + 18% taxes per child per day.
-The teen all inclusive supplement is USD 100.00 + 18% taxes per teen per day.

Internet Hotel Rental Group is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists; including those occurring outside of the touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, acts of God or political actions / unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programs and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of being posted on the site. They are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour / stay / excursion / car rental. A submitted reservation request is indicative of the tourist agreement to the above conditions.

Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.
Special offers and Value Added Extras
All special offers, packages and discounts over our standard rates are offered subject to availability. hotel-savings.com cannot accept any responsibility in the unlikely event that these are temporarily unavailable.

In order to secure a room, it is mandatory to have a credit card.
General Conditions and liability
All reservations made by clients are subject to our terms and conditions. No other terms, conditions and warranties, expressed or implied by law, custom and course of dealing shall form part of any contract between hotel-savings.com and our clients except for those terms imposed by law where application is mandatory.
The client acknowledges that in making a reservation with hotel-savings.com they do so only on the basis of the material contained in the hotel-savings.com Web Site or relevant advertising medium. All other statements or representations made by hotel-savings.com, its employees, agents or sub-contractors are of no effect unless confirmed in writing by hotel-savings.com to the client.
hotel-savings.com sources hotels from various hotel companies in the countries in which it operates. The condition of the stay will be subject to the law of the country in which it is supplied to you. You will be subject to its terms and conditions and local law.
hotel-savings.com reserves the right to pass on to the client any government increase in local VAT or other taxes that may be introduced after a reservation is made. Any additional charges payable on arrival are subject to local VAT at the prevailing rate in that country.
The liability of hotel-savings.com to the client for any loss, problem, damage or cancellation, whether arising out of negligence, breach of contract, error or any other cause shall not exceed the invoiced total value of the confirmation voucher supplied by hotel-savings.com.
